To Place An Order

A Few Simple Guidelines::

In order for this to work for both of us, we need to put a few helpful guidelines in place to make it simple. Be sure to read the disclaimer at the bottom of this page BEFORE you purchase from me.

1. Email me at Scutterbear@aol.com

2. In the SUBJECT of your email, please try to put something in there letting me know you want to purchase something.

3. Please be specific in your emails. If items have names, include them. If they have inventory numbers, please include that. If an item has more than 1 available (such as in fat quarters or fabric yardage) then I need to know how many you want. This just helps me to know what you want to purchase.

4. PLEASE tell me if you will be using PAYPAL or if you will need to send the payment via snail mail. This part is VERY IMPORTANT!!

5. Paypal, money orders or well-concealed cash are the only payments I will take. NO CHECKS!

6. I usually give folks 24 hours to respond back to me once I have emailed a confirmation of your order. Any longer than that I reserve the right to move to the next person in line.

7. Paypal payments are expected within 24 hours.

8. Please don't pre-pay through paypal until I have confirmed that what you want is available. If this happens and an item is already sold, I will refund the Paypal payment minus the fees charged to me.

9. If you need to check my reputation, then you can see my feedback score on ebay here.

10. All shipping prices on this site are for shipping within the United States. If you are not in the USA, then International Shipping Will apply and I will only take paypal as payments. There are certain countries where I will not ship due to problems in the past. So be sure to ask me first before ordering.

Disclaimers and Policies!

(I hate to even have to have this section but I have found that people on the internet can sometimes not be honest or can at times make things very difficult. So I had to put this section on the webpage just to cover myself)

All items offered on this page come from an existing stash or estate. All items are offered "As Is". Once items are purchased, paid for, and shipped, we are not responsible for the item(s) and no refund will be given unless we have grossly mis-represented an item or something goes outside the lines of these policies. The option for insurance on packages will always be offered. If insurance is purchased, we will help the buyer in the recovery process by supplying the insurance slip from the post office proving it was purchased and any needed documentation from us regarding value, etc. If insurance is not purchased, we are not responsible for any items sold. Most items are one of a kind so replacement items are not an option.

Some of the items on this website come from many different sources so it should be assumed that they came from a smokers home. We can not be certain which ones were or were not so please understand this before purchasing anything. When you have 40 years of stash acquired from many different sources, it's impossible to figure out where things have come from. If you have issues with allergies or COPD then you buy at your own risk as we are not able to distinguish between which items have or have not been in a smoker's home. Again, since we are making this statement, no refunds will be given. If a buyer fails to read this section, we are not responsible.

Anyone is welcome to purchase items I have for sale, however, I reserve the right to refuse to sell to any individual.
